京张铁路喜报捷。
詹氏家训与家约，
富国强民出俊杰。
詹天佑（1861－1919），被誉为中国首位铁路总工程师，其负责修建了京张铁路等工程，有“中国铁路之父”、“中国近代工程之父”之称。140多年前，年过11岁的詹天佑前往美国，回国后主张修京张铁路，困难重重，最终提前两年竣工。婺源詹氏家训十六条和家约十六条，对于詹氏家族取得成绩具有导向性的作用。
