中国人民武装警察学院一般指中国人民警察大学
中国人民警察大学（China People's Police University）是公安部直属全日制普通高等院校，于1981年4月24日经国务院批准成立，1984年开始招收专科生，1985年开始招收本科生，2004年开始招收硕士研究生。
2018年9月6日，中国人民武装警察部队学院正式更名为中国人民警察大学。

China People's Police University (CPPU) is a full-time institution of higher learning directly under the administration of the Ministry of Public Security. It was established on April 24, 1981 with the approval of the State Council. It began to enroll junior college students in 1984, undergraduate students in 1985, and postgraduates in 2004.
On September 6, 2018, the Academy of the Chinese People's Armed Police Force was officially renamed the People's Police University of China.
